FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 (three)  years experience
2. Minimum Diploma Degree in Hotel School
3. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
4. Great Communication with all levels of staff and leadership skills
5. Up to date with latest food and beverages trends and best practices
6. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
7. Guest-oriented and service-minded
8. Great organizational skills
9. Ability to create reports
10. Fluent English both verbal and written

COST CONTROLLER

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance
2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and hospitality industry will be an advantage
3. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details, result oriented
4. Having knowledge about budget and forecasting
5. Project management experience is an advantage
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Have excellent integrity and leadership role
8. Strong teamwork, creative and hard worker
9. Fluent in English both oral and written
