In the current climate of uncertainty surrounding travel, Grandkemang Jakarta has been taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and as well implemented additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members. The Hotel has set-up procedures to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities. We are adopting all the published standard recommendations and following the authority’s regulations to reduce exposure to and transmission of COVID 19.
We continue to take precautions to safeguard against the spread of the disease by:
Increasing cleaning and disinfection of public areas, shared spaces, guest rooms, and common touch points like lift buttons and reception surfaces
Providing hand sanitizer at the front office, conference and meeting rooms, restaurants and bars
Temperature screening at the lobby entrance, staff entrance and loading dock
Always wear mask and hand gloves. Our staff are trained on the importance of wearing appropriate protective gear and are taking precautions in an effort to provide a safe environment for our guests.
Room Service troleys and waiter trays are reguilarly disinfected. All room service orders
will be delivered to the door. To minimize contact, our colleagues will knock on your door
or ring your doorbell to notify you upon the delivery of your order.
On-site dining with both indoor and outdoor seating. Seating capacity is reduced to allow tables to be spaced at least 1 meter apart.
We had placed visible markings on the floor at the lobby and guest elevator to maintain social distancing; Our colleagues will observe social distancing whilst checking in
